Stephen Nagy

Stephen J Nagy, JD

Managing Partner

Steve was born in Sydney, Australia. He grew up in the community of El Monte, California. Steve attended undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, majoring in Chemistry. In 2001, after deciding to go back to school, Steve received his Juris Doctorate Degree from California Southern Law School.

For over 16 years, Steve served as a Police Officer involved in various assignments. Steve medically retired as a Sergeant from the East Los Angeles area. Steve started his career with the New York Life Insurance Company in December of 1998 as an ARD of Chairman’s Council Agent Robert C. Dye. Steve became an Agent at the Inland Empire General Office in San Bernardino, California. After qualifying for Executive Council 2 years consecutively and as an MDRT Aspirant^, he was promoted to the position of Partner in January of 2002. During his tenure as a Partner, Steve won several national recruiting awards.

In 2005, Steve was again promoted and became a Corporate Vice President in charge of Recruiting and Retention for the Pacific Zone at the Corporate Offices in the San Francisco area. After serving in this rotational position, Steve took over operations at the El Paso General Office in 2008. The Office continues to grow at a rapid pace with a proven culture of success. Steve has been married for 33 years to his beautiful wife Debra. They have one son Stephen and granddaughter Noelle Aunika Nagy.

Sales Development Manager

Willie is the Development Manager for New York Life Insurance Company’s award winning El Paso General Office. As Development Manager he is responsible for the training and development of all agents in the El Paso General Office with special emphasis on agents in their first three years with the Company.

Willie joined New York Life as an agent in the El Paso General Office in 2002. Willie has achieved many local and company awards during his time both as an agent to include Various Council Levels, MDRT and Agent of the Year. Willie was promoted to Development Manager of the El Paso office in July of 2011.

He is married to Veronica and they enjoy two children, Diego and Adrianna. He is also very active in various civic associations and his Church.

Advanced Planning Consultant

Jeremy Curtis, J.D., M.S., CFP®, supports the West Central Zone in his role as an in-house Advanced Planning Consultant on the Case Design Team. He is a skilled consultant, collaborating with agents, their clients and their clients’ professional advisors in the identification and implementation of sophisticated, insurance-based estate and business planning solutions. Jeremy is an engaging speaker, prolific writer, and author. He has written significant marketing and training material; and, authored a book focused on estate planning, life insurance, and advanced planning techniques. Jeremy received his law degree (cum laude) from Texas Tech University School of Law, Lubbock, Texas; and his Masters of Science in Financial Planning from Texas Tech University with an emphasis in retirement planning, life insurance and investments.

Glenn graduated Magna Cum Laude from Trinity College with a B.A. in Philosophy. He began his insurance career working for Washington National Insurance Company in Dallas, TX as a group representative. Two years later, Glenn continued working as a group sales representative, with Pacific Mutual. He became a Brokerage Manager for New England Mutual, where he directed brokerage operations of the Dallas General Agency.

Glenn became an Assistant Vice President of Fidelity Insurance Services, in Dallas, TX. Here his role included: negotiating marketing agreements, developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing a product portfolio that included disability income, survivorship life, long-term care, and individual/group medical insurance. After three years in this role, Glenn became the Director of Marketing for Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America in Dallas, TX. At Allianz, he was responsible for national sales and marketing operations.

Glenn became a Life Product Consultant for New York Life Insurance Company in January 1997 for the West Central Zone. He was recently appointed to his current role of Senior Life Product Consultant. Glenn is NASD Series 63 and 7 registered.
